Clayrew figures

These lovely curious figures are by Robin Whiteman. The textures of her pieces are fascinating, from the mottled, cracked surfaces of the ceramics to the dense fibers of the felts. I particularly like the first image, with the little face pushed against the stomach from within. Eerily beautiful.
